Order Processing Timeline

When you place an order, our warehouse team begins preparation immediately. Standard processing takes 1 to 3 business days before your item ships. This excludes weekends and recognized holidays.

Delivery Timeframes and Fees

  • Standard Delivery: typically 7 to 15 business days; free on orders exceeding $50
  • Expedited Delivery: available for an additional charge at checkout
  • Exact shipping fees depend on destination location and package dimensions
  • Orders shipped internationally may require additional time

Package Tracking

Upon shipment, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Use this number to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website.

Managing Late Deliveries

We provide realistic delivery estimates. However, unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. If your order has not arrived within 30 days, contact our support team. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate and find a solution.

International Duties and Tariffs

Customers ordering internationally are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Monis Market cannot be held liable for customs-related delays or complications.

Correcting Address Errors

Double-check your delivery address before finalizing checkout. Should you notice an error after ordering, immediately notify support@monis-market.com. Depending on the timing, we may be able to intercept and redirect your shipment.

Handling Undeliverable Orders

If a package cannot reach its destination:

  • The carrier will attempt to return it to our facility
  • We will reach out to resolve the situation
  • Return fees and refund adjustments may be assessed
